Joseph R. Stack, CPA, MST

Joe has decades of experience advising individual clients and small businesses on matters of tax compliance, tax planning, and financial analysis.  He began his career in the Entrepreneurial Services Group at Ernst & Young, LLP and moved to private practice in 1990.  Since then, he has specialized in individual, corporate, partnership, and trust taxation.

Joe has a Master of Science degree in Taxation from Golden Gate University.  He has taught both Financial Accounting and Taxation to upper division students at California State University, Fullerton as well as qualified as an expert, and provided testimony in both Orange County and Los Angeles Superior Courts on various forensic matters.

His years of experience working with small businesses have allowed him to become a well rounded professional advisor on a wide variety of issues commonly faced by the entrepreneur.

Lawrence J. Jagiello, CPA, MST

Larry’s rich and diverse background makes him uniquely qualified to provide accounting and tax services to individuals and businesses of all types. His career experience includes stints in public accounting at Ernst & Young, LLP, as well as positions in the corporate world as a Vice President of Finance for what was at the time the largest privately-held internet service provider in the US and as a Vice President of Finance for a large privately-held multi-state hazardous waste transportation and remediation company. Since 2006 Larry has been a partner of Stack & Jagiello, LLP.

Larry earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Accounting from the University of Southern California and also earned a Master of Science degree in Taxation from Golden Gate University. He is a Certified Public Accountant.

Larry and his wife and 3 children reside in Huntington Beach.
